1. Grant Request - Green Infrastructure Committee
Decision Required: Whether to grant.
The Green Infrastructure Commiee has submitted a grant request.
2. Discussion – Potential Bamboo Policy
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda and will address. Attached is the Berwyn Heights Ordinance and background information.
3. Discussion Constant Yield Tax Rate FY19 Budget CIP
Decision Required: Currently, none.
The Mayor and Council will be discussing the Constant Yield Tax Rate and the potential tax rate for FY 19, based on the Constant Yield Tax Rate.
4. Budget Adjustment – Bump-Out Improvements
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
The Town Administrator will be requesting a Budget Adjustment with changes to proposed landscaping plan.
5. Update on Booms
Decision Required: None
The Town has recently heard that the University of Maryland Geology is wrapping up the research associated with the project they performed in the Spring of 2017. UMD wants to provide their results to the community prior to the April 26th Work Session. The Mayor wants to have a biref discussion on the roll-out of this information.
4.* Potential Litigation Update
Decision Required: None.
The Town Administrator will be presenting information requested by the Mayor and Town Council.
